I started in commercial real estate in 2004, specializing in net-leased investment properties. For the better part of a decade, I worked with buyers and sellers who evaluated deals on cash flow, cap rates, and long-term returns. That foundation shaped how I think about real estate. Not as a place to live, but as a vehicle to build wealth.

When the market shifted, I moved into residential real estate, bringing the same investment-focused perspective. In 2020, I obtained my mortgage loan originator license and shifted to the financing side. It was a natural next step to be able to help my investor clients. Their questions were about leverage, deal structure, and getting to the closing table. Lending meant I could help them do that more directly.

Today, I work with a broad network of lenders across DSCR rental loans, fix-and-flip financing, fix-to-rent and BRRRR strategies, reverse 1031 exchange financing, portfolio loans, and commercial real estate, with first-time investors and experienced operators alike. When I'm not working deals, I'm in Phoenix with my wife and two young kids. I play in a weekly basketball league with a bunch of other old guys where running and jumping are optional. When the family can get away, we travel as much as schedules allow and have been to 14 countries together so far.
